The system provides a core operating platform capable of supporting UK, European and Offshore markets within a single database and satisfying all of the requirements of today’s and tomorrows demanding TA market.
Transfer Agency - Offshore Administration and Equalisation Accounting
These functions are supported by MShare and MPartner platforms. MShare is a scalable transfer agency platform supporting the complex needs of the US and offshore markets including Loads, Performance Fee Equalization, Distributions, NSCC, AML and Partnership Integration. MPartner is a powerful accounting solution for investment partnerships and hedge funds that automates capital activity and income allocations for complex multi-level fund structures such as funds of funds and master-feeders.
Investment Operations Outsourcing
This service is built around our proprietary order management system, AFOS, which is bundled with Omgeo Central Trade Manager and Brown Brothers Harriman’s Infomediary solutions to provide a SWIFT capable automated trade matching and reporting model.
